Our European client was seeking a software partner to bring their hotel services online - a bespoke app conceived exclusively for our client so customers at their convenience could order pool side snacks and drinks at the comfort of their sunlounger.
The problem
We had to work with the hotel team and test to ensure there was WIFI availability across the large complex.
The solution
Following the discovery phase, which included a problem framing workshop and design sprint, we conducted a thorough analysis of compatible smartphones based on the customer demographics visiting the hotel. The goal was to create a product that prioritised user experience and streamlined user journeys. To achieve this, we developed the design system alongside the product itself. By utilising Figma to build the product, we were able to gather direct feedback from our client until we were ready to progress into the development stage.
