The discovery phase
Following the discovery phase—which included a problem-framing workshop and a design sprint—we conducted a thorough analysis of compatible smartphones, considering the demographics of hotel guests. Our goal was to create a product that prioritised user experience and streamlined user journeys. To support this, we developed the design system in parallel with the product itself. By using Figma for prototyping, we were able to gather direct feedback from our client throughout the process, ensuring alignment and readiness before moving into the development phase.
